Chicago Bulls: Top Decisions and Trade Opportunities in the 2025 Offseason
I discuss Josh Giddey's restricted free agency, the probably unextendable contract of Coby White, and trade possibilities with their $80+ million in expiring salaries.
The Chicago Bulls have finally transitioned away from the remains of their 2021-22 team throughout last season. They took longer than they should’ve and arguably lost value on some of their top veterans, but at least they’ve moved on. Instead of initiating a teardown, they’ve remained mildly competitive enough to participate in the Play-In Tournament.
Last month, I spoke with Jason Patt about the Bulls direction and their upcoming offseason. I highly suggest you check it out as a companion piece. Their biggest short-term priorities are securing the futures of Josh Giddey and Coby White. They won’t have cap space, but they have a lot of expiring salaries for trade opportunities to bolster the roster.
