The Washington Wizards have completed year two of their rebuild. No star has emerged yet, but they’ve assembled a talented group of prospects who should all be rotation players at least. They’ll be adding some more players in the draft in search of a starter or two who could become their top option.

Greg Finberg joined the podcast last week to discuss the Wizards and their upcoming offseason. We discussed their overall direction and the timeline of their rebuild. It’s a good companion piece for this preview, which will focus on salary cap dynamics.
